Shipping, exchanges and returns

SHIPPING

DELIVERY TIME:


Spain (Peninsula): approximately 5 working days.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international: approximately 10 working days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Please count 1 to 3 business days to dispatch the order. 

Ara de Rey is not liable on any customs clearance costs or import duties outside te European Union (including the UK) and cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

Update COVID-19: Due to the current situation, we cannot guarantee that delivery times will be met with the rigor and punctuality we strive to offer.

If the garment you wish to purchase is a Bullina from the permanent collection and at the time you make the purchase we do not have stock, it may take 10 working days longer than expected to send it to you, as we must make it. Although you should know that, we usually have stock of all sizes :)

EXCHANGES

Do you prefer a different model or size?

Exchanges are free if you are within the Iberian Peninsula.

You have 15 calendar days to process an exchange.

To request an exchange, you must send us an email to  atencionalcliente@araderey.com indicating the order number, the article and the size you want. 

We will contact you to send a courier to pick up the package. If the package is not delivered on the agreed collection day, the customer will be responsible for sending it to us, assuming the costs of such shipment.

 

Once we receive the package, we will check that the garment you want to change is in perfect condition and we will send the new model to the address specified in the original order as soon as possible.


If you are outside the Iberian Peninsula:


To request the exchange, you must send us an email to atencionalcliente@araderey.com indicating the order number, the item and the size you want. 

We will contact you to indicate the address to which you should send the package and the rest of the necessary information.

In this case it is the customer who assumes the shipping costs. 

You must send the garment in perfect condition, unworn, with all its labels and in the same package in which it was delivered to you. It is important that in the package you insert the purchase receipt and write the size for which you want to make the exchange. If you want another model, please write in the ticket the name of the model and the size you want. If this new model has a higher cost than the original order, you will have to pay us the difference. On the contrary, if the value is lower, we will pay it to you.  

The cost of the new shipment will be 5€, which you will have to pay us via bank transfer.

Rest of the world, the cost of this new shipment will be the same as the original order and you will have to pay us via bank transfer.
Once we receive the package, we will check that the garment you wish to exchange is in perfect condition and we will send the new model to the address specified in the original order as soon as possible..

*From the first exchange, it will be the customer who assumes all shipping costs.

 

RETURNS

You have 15 calendar days to make a return. We will refund you the money of the garment you return to us.

To request a refund, you must send us an email to  atencionalcliente@araderey.com  indicating the order number and that you want to make a return. In addition, we would be very grateful if you also tell us the reason, as this allows us to continue improving.

- If you are within the Iberian Peninsula you have two options to make the return:

Option 1: We send a courier to pick up the package to your home, your work or wherever you indicate (always within the Peninsula). The cost is 6€, which we will deduct from the total amount of the purchase when we make the refund.
If on the agreed day for collection, the package is not delivered, it will be the customer who will be responsible for getting it to us, assuming the costs of such shipment.

Option 2: You send us the package yourself to the following address by the courier of your choice. In this case it is the customer who assumes the shipping costs.

- If you are outside the Iberian Peninsula the only option available is number 2.

 

You must send the garment in perfect condition, unworn, with all its labels and in the same package in which it was delivered to you. It is important that you include the purchase receipt in the package so that we can know which order it is. 

We will check that the garment is in perfect condition and we will refund the money in 2/3 days after we receive the garment. We will subtract the 6€ package pick up cost in case you have chosen option 1.

In the event that the garment is not in perfect condition, we will return the garment to the customer freight collect.

 

Returns if the payment was made cash on delivery 

Our logistics provider (Urgengal SL) applies a 3% charge on the value of the purchase (with a minimum of 3.95 ¤) for cash on delivery. The amount that exceeds 3,95€ is assumed by us. However, if the customer decides to return the garment, in addition to the amount indicated in the previous paragraph, the amount of the purchase will be refunded minus the charge made by Urgengal SL and that was previously assumed by Ara de Rey Fashion Company (Example: in a purchase of 395 Euros, the charge that Urgengal SL would apply would be 11.85 Euros). If the customer makes a change of size or model, this assumption will not apply because the refund of the purchase amount is not applicable.

Refunds in the event that the customer previously made a change of size. 
In this case, the costs of collection and shipping related to the previous size change will be deducted from the amount to be returned. In addition, 6 € will also be deducted from the second collection in case you choose option 1.
