FAQ

1. How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?

Delivery time depends on the model and size you choose. If there is stock at the time you make the purchase, it will take about 2/3 working days if you reside within the peninsula. If there is no stock, it may take 1-3 weeks. Normally we have stock of all models and sizes, but if you want information on a specific model and size, ask us through the web chat or by sending an email to atencionalcliente@araderey.com

2. I have doubts about the size, what can I do?

If you have questions about the size, before buying contact us! You can write to atencionalcliente@araderey.com

We will do our best to help you find your size. It will make it much easier for us to tell us your chest, waist and hip contour measurements. We recommend that you measure the chest contour with a bra that you normally wear and the waist, at the narrowest part.
