1. How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the model and size you choose. If there is stock at the time you make the purchase, it will take about 2/3 working days if you reside within the peninsula. If there is no stock, it may take 1-3 weeks. Normally we have stock of all models and sizes, but if you want information on a specific model and size, ask us through the web chat or by sending an email to atencionalcliente@araderey.com
2. I have doubts about the size, what can I do?
If you have questions about the size, before buying contact us! You can write to atencionalcliente@araderey.com
We will do our best to help you find your size. It will make it much easier for us to tell us your chest, waist and hip contour measurements. We recommend that you measure the chest contour with a bra that you normally wear and the waist, at the narrowest part.
3. Where and how are the Bullinas de Ara de Rey produced?
The Bullinas de Ara de Rey are designed and made entirely in Spain. The creation of each one of them is a long process, with a part carried out in the workshop and another part (the placement and creation of its applications) carried out by hand by artisan dressmakers. A minimum time of 6 hours is used to finish each Bullina.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Of course! You can make a change in size, model or even return the garment you purchase. Yes we refund the money.
5. How can I make a change in size or model?
If you want to make a change in size or model, you must send us an email to atencionalcliente@araderey.com indicating the order number and the model and size for which you want to make the change. You must send us the garment in perfect condition and with all its labels in the same box in which you received it. You must enter the purchase receipt inside the box or, failing that, a note with the order number and send it to:
Ara de Rey, Place of Palacios 11, 36969 (36960 if you send from the Post Office), Sanxenxo, Pontevedra.
Once we receive it, we take care of sending you the requested garment.
6. How can I make a return?
If you want to return an item you must send us an email to atencionalcliente@araderey.com indicating the order number and that you want to make a return.
You must send us the garment in perfect condition and with all its labels in the same box in which you received it. You must enter the purchase receipt inside the box or, failing that, a note with the order number and send it to:
Ara de Rey, Place of Palacios 11, 36969 (36960 if you send from the Post Office), Sanxenxo, Pontevedra.
Once we receive it, we will proceed to refund the amount.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes!! If your country does not appear in the list when selecting where to send your order, contact us at atencionalcliente@araderey.com and we will solve it.
9. Masks

All the masks for sale on this website are reusable.

For hygienic reasons, the masks cannot be exchanged or returned.

The fabric that the masks are sewn inside is a filter. It is the article TEC7191 from Manly. Tested by AITEX and AMSLAB laboratories. Fabric for the manufacture of "Reusable hygienic masks for adults and children" with one layer, approved according to the specifications of the UNE0065: 2020 and Community Face Coverings CWA 17553: 2020 standard.

We recommend washing with normal detergent at 60o in the washing machine or, failing that, in a saucepan with water at this temperature. It is not advisable to mix them with the rest of the laundry, better wash separately.

It maintains its protection and comfort characteristics after 50 washes.

It is highly advisable to iron the mask (without steam) once dry, after washing it. To avoid damaging the outer fabric, it is recommended to iron it with a fabric that protect it (rag, piece of cloth ...)

To regulate the rubber of the mask, pull a little of it until the knot comes out which is inside the tab, adapt it to your liking and reinsert it.

Mask placement:
1. Wash your hands with soap and water or rub them with a hydroalcoholic solution before handling the mask.
2. Identify the top of the mask.
3. Position the mask on the face, at the level of the nose.
4. Hold the mask from the outside and place the rubber bands behind the ears.
5. Lower the lower part of the mask to the chin.
6. Check that the mask covers the chin.
7. Verify that the mask is fitted correctly.
8. Once fitted, do not touch the mask with your hands. If you need to touch the
mask, you must first wash your hands with soap and water or rub them with a hydroalcoholic solution.
Mask removal:
To avoid contamination when removing a mask, the following steps should be taken:
1. Remove protective gloves, if applicable.
2. Wash your hands with soap and water or rub them with a hydroalcoholic solution.
3. Remove the mask without touching the front of the mask.
4. Wash your hands with soap and water or rub them with a hydroalcoholic solution.
