CHANGES

Do you prefer a different model or size?

The changes are free if you are within the Iberian Peninsula.

You have 15 calendar days to process a change.

To request the change, you must email us atatencionalcliente@araderey.comindicating the order number, the item and the size you want.

We will contact you to send you a courier to pick up the package. If on the agreed day for collection, the package is not delivered, it will be the customer who is responsible for sending it to us, assuming the costs of said shipment.

You must send the garment in perfect condition, unused, with all its labels and in the same package in which it was received. Has delivered. It is important that in the package enter the purchase ticket and write us the size for which you want to make the change. If you wish other model, please write the name of the model and the size you want on the ticket. If this new model costs more than the original order, you must pay us the difference. On the contrary, if the value is lower, we will pay it to you. 

Once the package arrives, we will check that the garment you wish to change is in perfect condition and we will send the new model to the address specified in the original order as quickly as possible.


If you are outside the Iberian Peninsula:

We will contact you both to indicate the address to which you should send the package and the rest of the necessary information.

In this case, it is the customer who assumes the shipping costs.

If you wish other model, please write the name of the model and the size you want on the ticket. If this new model costs more than the original order, you must pay us the difference. The cost of the new shipment will be €5, which you must pay us via bank transfer.

Rest of the world, the cost of this new shipment will be the same as the original order and you must pay us via bank transfer.

Once the package arrives, we will check that the garment you wish to change is in perfect condition and we will send the new model to the address specified in the original order as quickly as possible.

*From the first change, it will be the customer who assumes all shipping costs


RETURNS

You have 15 calendar days to make a return. We will refund the money for the garment that you return to us.

To request a return,you should email us atatencionalcliente@araderey.comindicating the order number and that you wish to make a return. In addition, we really appreciate it if you also tell us the reason, as this allows us to continue improving.

- If you are within the Iberian Peninsula you have two options to make said return:

Option 1:We send a courier to pick up the package from your home, your work or wherever you indicate (always within the Peninsula). The cost is €6, which we will deduct from the total amount of the purchase when we make the refund.
If on the agreed day for collection, the package is not delivered, it will be the customer who is responsible for sending it to us, assuming the costs of said shipment.

Option 2: That you send us the package yourself to the following address by the courier you choose. In this case, it is the customer who assumes the shipping costs.

- If you are outside the Iberian Peninsula, the only option available is number 2.
 

You must send the garment in perfect condition, unused, with all its labels and in the same package in which it was received. Has delivered. It is important that in the package enter the purchase ticket so that we can know what order it is.

We will check that the garment is in perfect condition and we will refund the money in 2/3 days from when we receive the garment. We will subtract the €6 cost of collecting the package if you have chosen option 1.

In the event that the garment is not in perfect condition, we will return the garment to the customer postage due.

 

Refunds if the payment was made on delivery

Our logistics provider (Urgengal SL) applies a charge of 3% of the value of the purchase (with a minimum of €3.95) for making the cash on delivery payment. The amount that exceeds those €3.95 is assumed by us. However, in case the client decides give backthe garment, in excess of what is indicated in the previous paragraph, the amount of the purchase will be returned less the charge made by Urgengal SL and that was previously assumed by Ara de Rey Fashion Company (Example: in a purchase of 395 Euros, the charge that Urgengal SL would apply would be 11.85 Euros). If the customer makes a change in size or model, this assumption will not apply because the refund of the purchase amount is not applicable.

Returns in the event that the client previously made a change in size.

In that case, the costs of collection and shipping related to the previous size change will be deducted from the amount to be returned. In addition, €6 will also be deducted from the second collection in the event that option 1 is chosen.
